Redeemer Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and a part of the Indiana-Kentucky Synod of the ELCA.
The Congregation of Redeemer was founded in 1962 in Jasper as a mission congregation of the United Lutheran Church in America (ULCA). To read more about the history of Redeemer, click here.
We are a congregation dedicated to living out the gospel of Jesus Christ in all that we do. Our mission statement is "to live life abundantly THROUGH the worship of God and service to others." We do this through gathering together weekly for worship, growing in our faith through education, and living out our faith through acts of service and love.
Our faith may start in the church building, but we carry it out with us into the world around us.
